      The power of media promote sexuality in young ages.  From an objectification of the theory, the media is an invaluable aid to pass control information at first time, It is much more convenient  to our life. And both  are enriching our day after day live to colorful ways. On positive views, the medias are educate the sexuality education. Sex education is also about developing young people's skills so that they make informed choices about their behaviors and feel confident and competent about acting on these choices.  

      On other hand, based on commercial interest, the companies or advertisers utilizing the unhealthy and pornographic advertisements making much more negative effects in the young ages. According to watch a variety of values and messages are content on TV or some advertisements are sent out to students about more explicit sexual, which may appear to be confusing and conflicting for an uneducated teens. The media exposes young people to a lot of images a day which promote sexuality.

      According to the " although boys are sometimes sexualized in an overt way, they are more often portrayed as sexually precocious, as in the Pepsi commercial featuring the young boys ogling Cindy Crawford or the jeans ad. Portraying a very little boy looking up a woman's shirt." This quote provides a clear instance to readers how trade company is blatant though apply the sexuality to sold the products in society.  While, the commercial is successful in selling the products, but it is immorality business methods, it is create many unhealthy images from advertisements are put into the teenages' mind and promote the sexuality in young ages.  It is exactly reflect a serious issue in our society, and reflect a sinister general mood of society.

      Usually, laities are better like personable, graceful and polite. People have a prejudice against outside look which the body size, weight, height on our society. According to Judith Ortiz Cofer's statement "perhaps the daydreams of bigger girls were more glamorous, since our ambitions are filtered through our needs, but I wanted first a powerful body. I daydreamed of leaping up above the gray landscape of the city to where the sky was clear and blue, and in anger and self-pity, I fantasized about scooping my enemies up by their hair from the paying fields and dumping them on a barren asteroid." (page 397). 

      The daydreams which means a girl desire to change her outside look, has a great deal of native charming, mostly reflect on her body. She felt unjust and a great inferiority complex. She also anger, she unrealized why she was taken isolate from her peers. She wanted change the view to her from people who around her.

      It is relate to me, in my childhood time, I remember in my class had a sweetly pretty girl, every boys who wanted always around of her just because her beautiful face and almost perfect stature. A dress with delicate lace on her body was fully revealed her elegant quality. She like a swan, as a princess, her parents, teachers, friends all held in special dotes on her.

      Look back me, I was a fat little girl with a nickname called piggy from my classmates. I was longing for the caress of my classmates, teachers, etc.  Perhaps based on the common aesthetic standard, my classmates certainly thought me as ugly. They did not want to be my friend, therefore, my childhood was repressed and solitary in my own world.

     I have experienced that my mom said to me "my girl don't eat too much, you are real heavy now. If you still eat a lot then nobody want to get marry with you' no one want to marry a fat and ugly girl." when I heard this words, I felt so sad and self-contempt, my mom, a person closest to me but she just talk to me like that. I know she thought I was a discredit to my family. Because, my neighbor always compare me with their daughter. I hate that way, I real hate some who compare me with anyone. I felt everything were unfair, why looks so ugly and people always stay away from me. I real unrealized. 

       I was very admired the delicacy of her features and the caress of everybody. I usually indulging in reveries about one day I am becoming a belle; I resplendent in a new white dress; everybody around with me; everybody care about me. However, everything just a fantasy, everything was back to beginning when I was wake up from my fond dream. I was realized reality could not be escaped, I should face reality, I should to be myself even though everybody thought of me as ugly.

      The "Slip of the Tongue" is my favorite video because of video was critique the negative  influences in today's society. Base on of modern society stamdrad, the women  usually find many ways as make-up, hair, plastic surgery etc. They are hope to become a pretty women and impressed people as a perfect person. Therefore, they are attempt to though these ways could cover up a flaw and reinfor features on their body. However, there are no one is perfect, and besides, all of those let they are totally forget who they are at sometimes. 

      This video was educate that outside look just like a image, it is not real. Even a beautiful girl, when 30, 40 or 50 years later, she also become old woman like every old women  experiences. I believe a person's beauty is from their soul, not only base on how they are look like. In addition, the women have more important things they can do. With the development of the society, the females are playing important roles as man as in various aspects of the life in modern time, such as the suffrages, speech, or power of decision. Today's society is to provide a large area that women can develop under the positive environment. Also, they can able to discuss for some political action. Which mean the women are not only focus on their face, or exhibiting a desire to please men, the more important thing should concentrate on their work. It is a way to measure the value of the person is from a person's connotation, people don't care the person is pretty or ugly.

      This video is relate to me. When I was litter, I was very like make-up, especially, when I saw the beautiful actors, singers was appear on the cover of the magazine, my eyes kindled with excitement, because I very desirous make up and become an another pretty girl, and one day I can appear on the magazine like those superstar. Follow the time, I was gown up day to day, I understand many things for example, the people have two completely different sides: someone who looks like a kind of person, but his soul is so ugly, he is cold blood, selfish, voracity.  Reversed, someone who looks unshapely but he have very beautiful soul, they always be helpful, friendly, honest. That the reason I don't like make up now.

      For another reason, I think some wonderful things is easy to lose especially, set up by artificial beauty. I may better appreciate the beauty of nature was because it is real thing.
On other hand, I knew women are make up mostly for please to men and this is very woefully. Everyone should live for themselves, they should be stronger for choose things they like. Because I knew the bitter taste when I always follow a rule or someone. According to the old Chinese morality standard, the female under several rules of followed three men during her lifetime: as a girl, follow her father; as a wife, follow her husband; as a mother, follow her son if her husband died. This was reflected the women were just like men's private property, the obedience was a fate of women. Even today I live in America, my family also follow this unreasonable rule, that means I need follow the men who in my family. I very hate those stupid rules. I want move beyond traditional notion. That is why I change my primal mind.

      Therefore, I like the video "Slip of the Tongue". the video was remind every women to do own self without the artificial beauty. Remember, inside beauty to reflect the value of position  of women in society. In addition the inside beauty is forever.
